Who We Are
Our story
Shaka Dogs is more than just a Hawaiian Puka- Style hot dog shop. Its a father-daughter, family-owned dream
​
We created Shaka Dogs with the hopes of bringing a little taste of vacation to downtown Phoenix. Inspired by the laid-back island vibes of Hawaii, and their puka-style hot dogs we love. We wanted to create a place where people can slow down, enjoy good food, and feel like they've escaped to the islands for a little while.Â
​
But for us, the heart of Shaka Dogs is family. Being able to work side by side as a father and daughter, build something together, learn together, and create memories along the way is what makes this business so special.

Every Shaka dog, dirty soda, smile, and conversation with our guest is part of our story. We're grateful for everyone who has supported us, walked through our doors, shared a review, or simply stopped by to say hello.
